Fall vs. Spring

Fall Lacrosse

Season Overview
Fall is the traditional “off-season” for lacrosse. Fall is the perfect season for young first-timers to develop their skills and see how they enjoy the game.

Season Philosophy
Learn the game, practice & skill development. Focus on individual development.  1-2 Tournaments (local)

Season Dates
Mid September - 1st Weekend in November

Practices
Youth - 2 times per week / HS - up to 5 times per week including strength & conditioning

Practice Attendance
Players are expected to attend lacrosse games and practices. Practices are as important as games. We believe that all youth lacrosse players need ample playing time during both practices and games to develop and to get the most enjoyment out of the game. Please RSVP in SportsEngine for each game or practice.

Conflicts
We understand that fall Lacrosse conflicts with Football and other UIL activities. Coaches will make every effort to avoid these conflicts and players will not be adversely affected by having to miss practices during the fall. We encourage players to attend practice as much as possible.
